SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES


We offer a variety of shipping options which are displayed at checkout and are
provided by Australia Post and its affiliates. Please allow 2-3 business days for
Beyond Adaptive to fulfil and ship your order. Note that shipping and deliveries
will not be available on weekends and/or holidays. See below for estimated
shipping time frames once the shipment is received by Australia Post.

 

Shipping within Australia:


Express: Approx. 1-2 business days
Standard Post: Approx. 3-5 business days
Please note that one of our products, the T-Pull, goes straight to your door from
Canada. This therefore will mean a slightly longer delay in receiving your item
(see below)


Shipping internationally:

Standard: Approx. 6-8 business days
Please understand the above time-frames are estimates only. Due to the
unpredictable nature of postal services these time-frames may vary. Please allow
an added 4 business days on top of the above estimates for your goods to arrive
before contacting us regarding the whereabouts of your shipment.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING


Your orders are sent by registered mail and may require a signature.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s)*
once your order has been posted.


Returned orders to beyond adaptive due to unclaimed parcels or incorrect addresses:
Please be advised that we will only be able to resend an order once, with no charge.
In the event that the package is unclaimed/undelivered & returned back to us for the second time,
you will be charged with the shipping fee if you want it reshipped to you.
Alternatively, we will refund your order amount less shipping charges.


For undelivered parcels to incorrect addresses, we will not be resending your
order if the address is the same as you originally provided. You will need to
provide us with the amended address for us to proceed with the delivery.
